Before you submit a return request please take the time to read our Return Policy. If you still have problems with your order send us an email via the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below. We value all of our customers and will do our best to insure your transaction with us is a good experience.
We want you to be satisfied. Our return policy works like this:
Return the parts within 30 days. Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be in like-new condition. Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. Returns received after the 30-day period will be subject to a restocking fee and will result in a system credit to be used on future purchases at Biker Part Superstore.
How to Return an Order:
- Fill out the Return Authorization form below and download the return form (download link available after below form is submitted.)
- Return the part in the original box with the invoice number marked on the outside.
- Package the returned items properly. When shipping merchandise back to us, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
- Include the completed return form with your return.
- All returns must be sent pre-paid. We strongly suggest you ship by UPS Ground. All foreign returns must be authorized in advance. No collect shipments will be accepted.
- Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.
- Send all returns to the address shown on the Return Authorization form. Any returned item shipped to the wrong address will not be honored.
- We cannot accept returns on special ordered parts.
